Questions
Which countries do you deliver to?
Almost every country in the world. If a destination has restrictions, we tell you before you pay.
How long does it take?
It depends on the route. Within Europe it is usually a few working days, and long-haul routes take longer. Your quote shows the expected delivery date.
Can you send to an embassy or consulate?
Yes. We address it exactly as the embassy asks and include any return envelope you need.
Do you help with apostilles or translations?
Tell us what the receiving office needs and we’ll say whether we can arrange it as part of the delivery.
What if my document is lost?
Every shipment is tracked and insured, so you are covered for the cost of replacing what was inside.
Write to us
Tell us the route and the document and we’ll reply with a fixed price and a delivery date.
